Do you work with Salla and Zid stores?

Yes. Salla and Zid look after hosting and core updates, so our work there is the integrations around your store: stock, orders, accounting, payments and automation.

What are your working hours?

Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time. On the Business-critical plan, outages are covered 24/7.

Can reports and communication be in Arabic?

Yes. Monthly reports are available in Arabic or English, and you can write to us in either language.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added to invoices where it applies.
